Participation Waiver:

Evansville Community Partnership, Inc ("ECP") is coordinating Windmills on Parade to allow artists and exhibitors to display their work on property owned by the City of Evansville, its agents and affiliates, and by individual private property owners (together, "Property Owners"). By signing below, the Exhibitor states his or her understanding of the following: > ECP and the Property Owners are not responsible for any injury or loss incurred before, during or after Windmills on Parade to the Exhibitor or any individual working with the Exhibitor, from any cause whatsoever. > ECP and the Property Owners are not responsible for any damage to the artwork itself (including merchandise or goods) from any cause whatsoever, including but not limited to accidents and theft. Exhibitor agrees to follow all Windmills on Parade rules and terms of exhibit. Exhibitor releases ECP and the Property Owners from all liability for damages to the artwork and/or liability or injury to person. Exhibitor will follow directions and comply with event representative requests before, during, and after installation. Exhibitor acknowledges that ECP retains the right to refuse any artwork and to cancel Windmills on Parade if such cancellation is necessary in the best judgment of ECP.
